  Absolutely awful company to use for shipping. The dealers drivers are lazy and will deny a drivers for any possible reason, including “rainfall”. DO NOT USE THEM IF POSSIBLE. I would shut down the chain if I had the option

  Toni was so helpful and professional during my drop off experience. We needed to problem solve some issues due to lack of communication by business that messed up a return package and label for me.   Fedex has a policy of requesting to ask what I am shipping. As far as I am concerned, this is a breach of privacy. USPS and UPS don't ask what I'm shipping. When asked by this location, I responded with "nothing restricted", which apparently warranted a response of "if you don't say, I will have to open the package to confirm." Will not be using Fedex to ship anymore.

  I’m having something shipped n they just won’t bring it to my door asked them to bring it to my door bc signature is required packages get stolen a lot at my building it’s been almost three weeks and I’ve yet to receive it it’s almost like the delivery driver isn’t even getting out of his car or doing his job at all I have called n nothing has been done pretty dissatisfied
