  I had a great experience at this place. I was concerned about sending a laptop to Spain as a gift, because I ignored how to do all the paperwork and requirements. I am very grateful I decided to come in person. Lesli was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. She helped me with filing out all the forms and there wasn’t any issues to deliver the package. Regarding DHL service in Spain, there was a lot of confusion because we received emails and messages from their partner company there, that said that they had tried to deliver the package twice but that was not true. The recipient had to go in person and they told her to download the DHL app, and that was a little easier. I would say that DHL as a company should work on communication and make the tracking more accurate. Over all this location is great. I recommend to use them if you need help with all the processes of sending things overseas.

  The young lady working was fantastic She provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made my shipping experience quick and easy. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my international shipping and even my domestic shipping. Highly recommend this location!
