  DHL delivery listens!! Because I purchased a heat sensitive product, I asked them to ring my doorbell when dropping off so it wasn't sitting on my porch all day. They rang the doorbell AND knocked loudly on the door.

  Really appreciate DHL. Great communication, messaged me early about needing to pay the import duty before the packaged arrived. Then the package was delivered on time and in great condition. I would have definitely missed the import duty payment had they not been so on top of it.

  Package was delivered without a signature when one was specifically required. I had been planning to refuse the shipment to return it to the sender. Now I have a product return to take care of, and you have a negative review to deal with—seems fair.

  I’ve recently ordered goods from Europe and as a result, had interactions with the DHL Salt Lake office. The experience has been excellent. They communicate very well and allow me to arrange via text to have the package delivered and pre-sign for it. Their system notifies me before delivery and after delivery and the individuals I’ve interacted with have been pros. I’ve very pleased and would recommend them.
