  The whole experience was a joke! The sales rep didn't have a clue what he was doing. I got charged for 3 of the 4 "free" phones that I got for porting 4 lines over and told me it was service fees and taxes cause he told us the phones were free. He barely spoke any English and couldn't even understand when we told him that we wanted to finance a phone. He was very rude. I was there almost 4 hours to get service turned on. I'm going to see how it goes and see if they credit me for the phones if not I'll switch to boost

  Went to 3 Cricket stores could not find anyone who spoke English to help me good luck
