  Whoever the young guy was working up front around 4:15 today (7/11) was so nice and when I asked for extra mayo he put the perfect amount of extra mayo on there without me having to ask for more

  I work close and take an early lunch. Usually there is no crowd at 11:00 am. Today there was a line but they were very quick and efficient. The vegetables are always fresh and taste really good. I appreciate that they have salt and vinegar chips. My only real complaint is that the Pepsi Zero is often bitter. It's not so bad that I can't drink it but it's noticeable.

  I waited in the drive thru for a solid 20 minutes with two cars ahead of me before I ordered. I got a protein bowl and when I opened it back at work I had to remove 85% of the spinach that was the base. It was wilted to the point of slimy. You would think it would be common sense to throw out wilted and slimy spinach or lettuce that it turning pink and brown before offering it to a customer. Glad I paid $14 to throw half my lunch away. When I’ve gone inside the store in the past I’ve had to ask for fresher spinach or vegetables. Not all of the staff are slow but it’s definitely clear a problem that needs to be addressed.
