  We are Seniors that stopped to get a couple foot long subs, no one was there didn't appear to be busy, it was this Sunday 1o'clock we ordered to go subs n ask if they give senior discounts the one girl look at her fellow employee n said "what is that?" the young man said we don't. We left wth our subs n got home sat down to eat our subs I ordered wheat bread n my partner had the Italian bread we went to bite into the sub n the bread was so hard, I wear dentures so you know the difficult time I had, we cut the ends off, my partners was the same also, my complaint is I thought subway was known for their fresh baked bread daily, 🙄not so, I guess. We don't eat a lot of sandwiches from subway, but when we hav it's always been soft, there was only 2 young employees on site no manager that I saw, they should have one on duty every day to make sure of all orders are good to go n maybe just maybe keep making fresh bread, I think Subway should have a senior discount I wonder maybe a Veteran discount also?

  The bread was hard and crumbled as I picked it up. I asked for extra tomatoes. However, they were sooo stingy to the point that they didn't even cover the bread. I also asked for light honey mustard but instead they put a lot on. Very disappointing.

  The lettuce was brown and yellow and slimy. When I asked if they had fresher lettuce they told me they didn’t. My concern is quality control overall. The lettuce isn’t cut in house so I’m wondering how old is the bag of lettuce they were serving. The manager didn’t seem to care when I brought it up. He told me that someone didn’t do the vegetable prep today. You guys aren’t prepping the shredded lettuce! Bit of a joke. The time I had subway at the location prior it was the same issue of freshness with the lettuce, but the employee was happy to open a fresh bag for me. Not this time though.

  So this Subway is literally 5 minutes away from me & I LOVED going there but this past couple of times the food has been going from bad to worse today I placed an order (4/18/26 8:10pm) asking for extra lettuce and tomatoes and sauces well my sandwiches were dry and so little of the vegetables in it , if you don’t want to add extras to our sandwiches why do we have an option to choose and then not honor it? The bread was hard and my wrap was nasty the tortilla was hard and broken. I been getting Jersey Mikes since I live right next to it but I was craving the chicken onion teriyaki sandwich and thought I’ll give it another chance but NOPE ONCE AGAIN IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
