  Shoutout to ADAM! I needed to print some things last minute for my wedding, I called and Adam said that he would get them printed 10 minutes after I placed the order, and he called me back offering to cut them for me! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE

  DO NOT DO YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION HERE. My wife and I did not have a good experience doing our passport here. The employees didn’t seem to know half the time on what the process was with submitting passports. On top of that they do not do photos for babies. This is across all FedEx stores. These things would’ve been helpful before paying for an expedited service for our passports. We ended up being there for about two hours, and only got photos from my wife and my four year old. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you need to do a passport application.

  FEDEX IS TERRIBLE!!! they said my package was delivered and sent me a picture of the sidewalk w no package in it and i had no package! i then call Fedex and it takes over 20 minutes jus to be able to talk to customer service and had to deal w the machine, i then finally get ahold of someone and all they tell me is to contact the shipper and there is nothing they can do? THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE, and they can’t help? the workers are completely rude and don’t even care. they were absolute no help and if i could give them zero stars i would! they are terrible and i will never go through them again. like look at this???? what????

  The store manager that helped me today was extremely friendly, very efficient, and had amazing customer service skills. It’s rare to find people with those qualities anymore, especially around this time of year.

  The Store Manager here was VERY helpful, polite and he knew his job extremely well. He helped me fax over my 401k documents and even let me print out an illustration of my upcoming book cover so I could visually inspect it. I can't say how much I appreciate his help, and I'm glad to have come to this location! Thank you.
