  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the FedEx location inside Walmart today! I needed help with a custom, very sentimental project for my grandma, and I was on a tight deadline. I met Patrick, the store manager, right when he opened, and he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the start. Patrick took the time to really listen to what I needed and walked me through the different options, pricing, formatting, and what would work best for the project. He even double-checked the file I had submitted to make sure everything was correct before printing. It was immediately clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but he also made the whole process easy and comfortable. On top of everything, this was a same-day rush order, and Patrick went above and beyond to accommodate me. The entire experience was pleasant, efficient, and far better than I could have expected. Huge shoutout to Patrick for his outstanding customer service and expertise! FedEx is lucky to have someone like him representing the company. Thank you, Patrick, for helping make such a sentimental project for my grandma possible!

  Horrible service. Came to purchase a box. Tried to charge me 600.00 to ship my package. Tried to charge me customs fees for a UNITED STATES SHIPMENT. LEFT IN TEARS. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
