  I really appreciate this facility and all it has to offer. Everyone is doing their best to be kind and helpful. One piece of feedback: I went there today and was helped for almost two hours, which is great. However, the missionary that helped me was a bit pushy about having me make changes such as merging IDs and adding children to parents. I wasn't sure we had done the proper research and wanted to know more about how to decide whether it was appropriate to make such changes. She said she was sure it was correct and told me to "do it" even though I was uncomfortable with the changes. I think the advice or instruction should be given, but then it's the patrons decision whether to make the change or not. Now I have to continue the research on my own to figure out if what we did was correct or not.
