  I decided to get some wings and watch football today. Man I wish I would have done something different. When I got home my order was missing the most important item RANCH. I returned to the store and the employee acted put out he had to get two containers of ranch. When I got back home to eat my cold wings and soggy fries, I found only nine wings when I ordered a ten piece. I don’t know how hard it is to make sure people get what they order. Life is expensive and these kinds of things happen way more than they should.

  If I could put zero stars I’ll do it!! Love the food on this place but the customer service? That’s a joke, ordered my food and after I ordered and took seat to wait for the food and eat one of the ladies came to the table and told me the lobby was closed, I asked why they didn’t told me that when I ordered the food and she just said that the lobby was closed, she walked in and she TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF, that pissed me off so bad, also she walked in and started to make a joke of us with the other ladies being so disrespectful, I asked for a refund and now I have to wait 4 days to get my money back, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Monday August 17th 9:25 pm!!!!
