  Food service representative, didn't heat the food. She said do you wanted it toasted? I said yes. She put it in the oven for approx 15 seconds. Needless to say, everything was cold. Owner and GM you need to up train and follow up on your employee's.

  I ordered online thru their app & it was awesome that they had the subways ready for pickup with everything that I asked them to add to the subs in the time that I wanted them to be ready by.
