  Terrific location. Emma, the owner, couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. The food was perfect and the bread was even perfecter. Is that a word? Will definitely be back.

  The food is good, it’s better than the other subway we have in town in my opinion. BUT. Every single time I order online, wait the 15-25 minutes until the estimated wait time, get there and they haven’t even started it and we have to wait even longer. What’s the point of having online ordering if it’s useless? Honestly just a waste of time and It’s really frustrating. I understand I have the ability to go inside to order, but with 3 kids under the age of 7 it’s a lot easier to utilize the online ordering option to have it READY when I get there almost half an hour later.

  Every time I go here, it’s always completely unorganized and takes much longer than other Subway’s. And almost always out of whatever I’m ordering. Last time they were out of bacon, this timeout of rotisserie chicken. Those are just two instances, it’s happened more than that. Always something… If you are from Richfield, just go to the one in Walmart.

  Kennedy was AMAZING! She was working all alone. Her customer service was exceptional! She was overwhelmed with all the customers, but continued to smile and was extremely friendly.
