  Every time I go here, it’s always completely unorganized and takes much longer than other Subway’s. And almost always out of whatever I’m ordering. Last time they were out of bacon, this timeout of rotisserie chicken. Those are just two instances, it’s happened more than that. Always something… If you are from Richfield, just go to the one in Walmart.

  Place is real clean people real friendly the staff was organized and the place looked amazing I recommend this to anyone

  Kennedy was AMAZING! She was working all alone. Her customer service was exceptional! She was overwhelmed with all the customers, but continued to smile and was extremely friendly.

  This Subway has always been a little rough, but it's only gotten worse. My wife ordered through the app and was given a 15 minute wait. When she arrived in the drive through the employees told her a 10-30 minute wait. They had some large groups come after she pulled up, but they should have prioritized the FOUR cars that ordered ahead of time over the customers that just arrived. After roughly 45 minutes she went inside to see that they were basically cleared out and an entire family was able to order, eat in, and leave before she got our food. Finally our sandwiches were ice cold after the HOUR long wait. Nothing of value will be lost when the new Jersey Mike's puts this location out of business.
