  I have been going to subway for a long time and I have always loved getting a footlong Italian herbs and cheese with bacon, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, and bbq sauce. But today a bombshell was dropped on me, they got rid of the bbq sauce. I know this might not sound like a big deal but to me as an autistic teenager this sucks. Subway please bring back the bbq sauce.

  Customers want to see smiling faces, not face masks, especially when they don't even wear it correctly. Covid is long gone. Stop putting these people in customer service positions, it hurts your customer's experience. If they're afraid to breath the air tell them to find somewhere else to work.

  The customer service is very poor the young lady that was finishing up my sandwich I asked her can she put the Veggies on the side and she look like she got an attitude when I asked her.I also asked her for ranch and mayo and she only gave me ranch then I get to the counter and the young man rings up my food but he made a mistake.The person that came to help fix the problem had a very poor respect for the person that made the mistake he didn't even offer to put my things in the bag which was another sign of poor customers service. I will not plan on going back to the subway anytime soon. Very disappointed
