  Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with 0 acknowledgement and then when I pulled up to the window to see if I could get help, the young lady in the back saw me then immediately broke eye contact and refused to look up again. This must be why subways are closing left and right :/

  Waited 15 minutes in line for half my sandwich to be made. Not a single smile or comment the entire 15 minutes, the employee dressing the sandwiches was coughing granted he was coughing in his arm. He had to step away and thats when I decided to leave. I understand we get sick and still have to come to work but It was a 3 strike deal. The manager should not let sick people work in situations like this. This place is understaffed. Meanwhile the manager or could have stepped in to help, instead he stood at the register task less for 10 minutes.

  I placed an order on doordash, then called the restaurant directly to add a couple extra customizations. Brady answered the phone, and absolutely followed through. He is awesome and we thank him so much!

  I have been going to subway for a long time and I have always loved getting a footlong Italian herbs and cheese with bacon, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, and bbq sauce. But today a bombshell was dropped on me, they got rid of the bbq sauce. I know this might not sound like a big deal but to me as an autistic teenager this sucks. Subway please bring back the bbq sauce.
