  Employees were all in the back except one who came up to make the sandwiches for us, they were just standing around. The employees were not friendly at all, they did not say anything, did not greet us, they seemed annoyed having to be there. A very sad, boring atmosphere with no customer service at all.

  I order online and pick up and eat in the store. My meal is always ready when I arrive. The employees are pleasant and greet me by name.

  I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, and this one is by far the best. The difference is immediately noticeable the second you walk in. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the employees genuinely seem like they enjoy being there. I have to give a huge shoutout to Nicole. It’s obvious she puts so much care into this location. She’s always friendly, professional, and treats both her customers and employees with kindness and respect. You can tell she leads by example because the entire team provides amazing customer service and works so well together. Every time I’ve come in, my order has been made perfectly, the ingredients have been fresh, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that’s this consistently great. Nicole deserves so much recognition for the incredible job she’s doing. If every Subway was run the way this one is, I’d eat here every day. Keep up the amazing work!
