  Very convenient place. They have everything you need and more. I use their printing service a lot for school and it’s easy to use. They also have laminating machines. The location is great, easy access and designated parking for costumers. Most of all the service is great. They are very helpful and kind.

  Avoid this store. I didn,t know him name, the& old man is very rude has bad attitude. If you want good customer service go to orem store.

  I went in today for a simple Amazon return - the type of thing where it should take 30 seconds to scan my phone and they take the item. When I walked in, one worker was helping someone, and the other was turning around to put something away. I walked up to where he was, but after he came back, he went to the pack and ship area instead of coming back to help me. He then called over the lady who was in line behind me with her item not in any kind of packaging, and started boxing up her item. I tried to get his attention, but he didn't look over at me. Both workers continued for 15 minutes, and I finally gave up because it seemed like they weren't going to be done any time soon. The first worker was casually chatting with the people he was helping, talking about gambling. It seemed like he wasn't actually getting anything done. Thanks for skipping over me and ignoring me when you could have just helped me in 30 seconds and been done.

  Terrible service. Employees are lazy and refuse to do their job. I asked nicely if the driver could take something back since we don’t need it and he refused rudely said no and he has better things to do. He came back later to drop more stuff off I think it’s funny he couldn’t take the boxes back when he was going to his truck anyways. Leave it to fedex for horrible mailing and customer service.
