  Tyler Gates I believe is the store manager, he and the other employees were very attentive when I walked in. Took care of my needs gave me some informative information and were on it. The store was redone since last I came. It was clean, smelled good and overall pleasant to come to. Don’t let my 4-star rating confuse you. I don’t do 5 stars anymore because they make no sense. 4 stars is a store doing exactly what they should be doing. 5-star are reserved for places that go above and beyond that standards or expectations of a store.

  Keegan always gives excellent service and his manager was also very patient with me while helping me to create a shipping label on the UPS website.

  My wife came in today July 2nd, and had the absolute worst experience with the guy she spoke with about an Amazon return. She accidentally misplaced her Amazon return label on the bag and needed help to get them reprinted. The guy she spoke to was unacceptably rude to her. He was speaking down to her about why she couldn't get the labels off the bag. He even pulled her phone out of her hand to scan the barcode because he thought she was taking too long. That's insane behavior. I understand it was busy, but she wasn't taking too long and it's never okay for them to take her phone out of her hand??? She left the building in tears. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. I hope management is able to figure it out though and at the very least retrain this guy.
