  Hats of to employee here they are swamped pretty much the entire shift! Never had a bad experience here before! I can't imagine having to work while they remodel at the same time

  Though this location is always busy and there’s usually a line, the employees are so good natured and try to get customers in and out as efficiently as possible. Which they do a good job of. Occasionally the self-scan return printer is out of order but unlike some places where it stays like that for several days or weeks, this tea An is always quick to get it up and functioning again to help with wait times. The employees work together well and are always smiling and friendly even when some customers aren’t. They all know what they’re doing and run a busy place efficiently. It’s like the Chick-fil-A version of a shipping and business services center. Keep it up ups team! I appreciate you guys!

  Needed to do an amazon return today. UPS computer system was down when I went in early afternoon. The guy working told me the UPS system was down. I said I would come back later. The guy said we are here until 7. So I went back again about 6:28. I walk in and was greeted by a grumpy lady who said you have 1 minute we are remodeling. I ask what time the store closes and she responds 6:30. I told her the guy earlier told me 7:00. She said we are never open that late. Make sure your employees know when you close to avoid frustration.

  The owner, Brian, is the nicest guy! Even though they often have long lines (thanks to Amazon returns), they are efficient and friendly and so nice! They have a machine for Amazon returns that helps shorten the line a little.

  So let me get this straight. You guys stay open on weekends late, but on weekends you close early? The one day that most people have off that's the day you close early? Some people shouldn't run businesses. Whoever runs this location... shouldn't
