  Worst customer experience. Went through the drive through was the only car and the guy taking the order took forever making my sandwiches then proceeds to ask for a tip then over charges me on the footlong as 2 separate 6” sandwiches even though it was the same sandwich.

  Worst drive through experience of all time. Was the only customer in line and they took 15 mins to get my sandwich done. Finnaly the open the window I asked if I could use my online order the fat dude with the beard asked me for a tip and ignored my question intirely just really rude customer service and then proceeded to add the tip on anyways even after I said no

  Ordered through the drive through. They asked me if I would like to give a tip, I said no, then they gave me my food I got home they gave me the wrong bread and they went very skimpy on the food, just because I didn’t give them a tip. I hope they change.
