  I added my card to do Auto pay said it was added then right after work at 12 am my phone service was shut off I had the money so I know it wasn't due to insufficient funds, I am not happy with how much the app glitches had I known it didn't actually add my new card I would have tried again before 12 am

  This store is full of liars. They told me my due date was one day, come to find out it wasn’t. Then they charged for missing that date. I mentioned today I might switch and now all of a sudden my bill is immediately due on a date that isn’t my due date or their shutting me off at midnight. It’s not even my due date yet. AND watch your bills. I told them I didn’t want the insurance and they put it on anyways. Which has been an extra $30 for several months. My fault for not double checking. I thought they could be trusted. They can’t tell the truth for nothing. It’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and DON’T USE THEM. Don’t even bother. Horrible customer service, you can’t ever access their website and all they give are excuses. The one I just talked to probably had the wrong account cause he called me different names. Just. Don’t.

  Their website doesn't work. It's really stupid to offer a payment option on a website that doesn't work. Also, they said my payment went thru and then they said it didn't.
