  I been with cricket for 10 years and I went into the Payson Location today to get some help with my account, I was treated so badly by the girl that worked today that I immediately changed carriers. I have never been treated that badly before. She said she couldn’t help with my problem and kept rolling her eyes at me. While I was in the store, I contacted cricket chat box support and they were telling her how to do her job and saying she could help me with my problem and they were so confused why she wouldn’t help me, The chat support asked if she could talk to them but she refused. She’s clearly clueless and doesn’t know how to do her job. I was being so respectful and patient with her. I asked calmly if there’s anyone else that could help me like her manager or corporate, but she refused to give me anyones number. She was being so rude to me in front of other customers that I started crying in the store because I was so embarrassed.

  This locations is a nightmare due to the 2 girls that work there. They are clueless, rude unless you speak Spanish or are a Spanish person, they are inept and need to be fired. Went in today because the new phone I just got is having issues I explained everything and they refused to help or find a solution to my problem hell they couldn't even stop there little conversation. on my way out one of them said go buy a phone from Walmart. Every time we have gone into this locations it's the same thing each time they refuse to leave the table they are at to help us or answer any questions and try and fix the issue, they just stare at you, refuse to help, are completely rude when they do speak, very condescending, and act like you interrupted there little conversation. The lack any type of class..i would stay away from this location and management you need to either fire these 2 asap or close the store down they are not doing your business any good but driving away customers..
