- JBJaclyn Brooks6 days ago5.0This is the only shipping & return place I use! Staff members are very helpful and friendly. I have had many issues solved thanks to Droc & Greg - they are the best! This UPS store does more than just shipping & returns - they also have PO boxes, make copies etc. I believe their prices are better than FedEx. At this UPS location you rarely have to wait in line & even if you do, it's quick!
- LDLiz D.Mar 17, 20261.0Do not trust them to pack items 'expertly'. Asked to have multiple framed photos wrapped separately. I said I was happy to pay more but the associate didn't seem willing to do that. They didn't wrap them separately and two of the frames got damaged. UPS doesn't offer insurance if you are shipping multiple framed items together, so I am responsible for replacing them. My bad, because I agreed to have them shipped together (thinking that they were going to wrap the frames individually). When I asked if I could get a quote for shipping framed items separately, I was told it would be '4 or 5 times as much'. No real quote. You'd be better off packing items yourself, and taking them some place else.

- LWLaJean WoodardAug 22, 20161.0Very poor customer service, I went in on a Saturday and paid for a package to be shipped overnight to my son so he could have if before he left for college Monday afternoon,I was promised by the cashier that it would be shipped out by the end of the day on Saturday well she lied its Monday morning and no package my tracking number has no information available which means it was never shipping out according to ups 800 customer service... I paid 238.00 for next shipping not 3 day im pissed.... I WANT A FREAKING REFUND ..... THIS IS AHUGE INCONVENIENCE. AM SO DONE WITH UPS
