  When I paid for my sandwich today, an additional tip was added without my authorization. This does not look good at all. I consider this an abuse of trust, and because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your business again.

  The service is great and the employees have a great attitude and are so sweet. I went in on a Saturday and they all had a smile on their face and made my day

  Sure hope you like your sandwich with whatever they decide to put on it, the employees wouldn’t stop gossiping amongst themselves long enough for me to get their attention to make changes to what they decided I want
