  This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I try very hard not to let things like this ruin my day, but I left feeling so uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. The first issue was simply trying to walk to the bathroom. The Subway/Pizza Hut employees had cardboard boxes spread all over the walkway/floor and seemed to have absolutely no concern that customers were trying to get through. We basically had to maneuver around them and the mess with zero acknowledgment. Then I ordered sandwiches at Subway, and the experience got even worse. The employees were extremely unfriendly and came across as flat-out rude. When I walked up to the counter, I was just stared at instead of being greeted or even acknowledged. Throughout the entire interaction there was no friendliness whatsoever. I smiled, said thank you, tried to be pleasant…and was met with blank stares and attitude. Not even a simple “you’re welcome.” I completely understand that everyone has bad days and not everyone loves their job, but basic kindness and customer service really do not take much. A smile, a hello, or simply acknowledging the person standing in front of you goes a long way. The whole experience made us feel like we were inconveniencing the employees just by being there. Someone seriously needs to address the attitude and customer service at this location because customers should not leave feeling this uncomfortable or unwelcome.

  When I paid for my sandwich today, an additional tip was added without my authorization. This does not look good at all. I consider this an abuse of trust, and because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your business again.

  The service is great and the employees have a great attitude and are so sweet. I went in on a Saturday and they all had a smile on their face and made my day

  Prompt service but my bacon ranch footlong lacked ranch and was super cold after requesting to be toasted. My chicken was so cold it was taste less. Subway is always a hit or miss. This location sadly doesn't get it right.
