  Santiago was amazing, great job and conversation. Super friendly guy, and very professional even tho u know it’s just a sub place. But yeah great guy, should get a raise. I thought he was the manager for a second.

  usually i don’t post reviews so this is a throwaway account. However, i feel like this establishment deserves a trashy review. I ordered delivery through the app, and everything was fine up until my food got delivered. i was texting the driver personally so i let them know that i was missing a drink, no response. i called them and got hung up on. i called the store and it rang for 5 minutes before i gave up. i tried to contact literally anybody out of pure frustration (its just a drink and im aware of that, but i am upset that no one seems to be able to pick up the phone.) and there is no one that can talk to me that isnt an equally frustrating AI assistant. can someone please get better management in this store? Ive gone in person a few times and had issues where they rang me up for the wrong item and then told me there wasn’t a manager to log in and fix it for me. Literally who leaves a store unmanaged? Unprofessional, rude and so inconvenient. If you really want subway find a different store. I hope this one gets closed down.

  I have never made a review. Ever. but the service I've received recently was baffling First: usually half the ingredients are gone, what do you mean you don't have onions, you don't have black olives, nor other things. It's expected that when I come I can actually get what I want instead of just meat, I want my toppings. Second: Certain staff can be just plain rude or incompetent. First example being this older man with a grey beard and hair, around 5'7 being insistent on trivial rules, when I say I want mayonnaise last don't say "No the sauce comes first" I'm the one eating it aren't i? And when I finished it, when he packed it he like clawed into it to make it messy. don't throw a fit when I'm insistent on wanting the food the what I want it. Another staff I spoke to while making a sandwich for a friend. when I told them I wanted a certain club style on it they put the wrong one while talking to another coworker, and when I told them they were doing it wrong they murmured "speak louder then... Third: this is one of the more worse subways in Orem dare I say whole of Utah. I might as well hop over the counter and make it myself. TL;DR: Hire the kind homeless guy instead of these guys and actually make me a sandwich with toppings

  La lechuga estaba hechada a perder le comente al chico que si no tenía otra y dijo que no y le dije esta mala y le dije deverian cambiar por que si viene inspección ni creo les guste y me dijo de hecho la manager sabe que esta asi he inspección no le molesta le dije yo trabajo en comida y a inspección si le molestaría eso,. El muchacho muy grosero,. Si no quieren atender de manera educada al cliente no trabajes y quédate en casa ,. Si ocupan foto puedo mostrarles las condiciones de la lechuga estaba horrible The lettuce was made to lose, I told the boy that if he had no other and he said no and I told him this bad and I told him they should change because if inspection comes, I do not think they like it and the manager told me in fact that this is the inspection, I did not bother him, I said I work on food and inspection if he would be bothered by that. The very rude boy. If they do not want to attend the client in an educated way, do not work and stay at home. If you occupy a photo I can show you the conditions the lettuce was horrible

  The girl was new you could tell. And she was trying her best. But the man Alejandro was something else. He seemed rushed and bothered by having to do his job. When it was time to pay. I had a coupon and the poor kept asking for help. Saying over and over that she needed help. And he completely ignored her. And then was completely rude to her. Her being kind is the only reason i am giving it 2 stars. I think the owner of this place should consider some more training. And maybe an attitude adjustment for Alejandro.
