  Calling any of their numbers is the WORST!! I can't get a hold of a human at all. Their ai is as stupid and as useless as their driver is today! I'm not a business I just got a lazy driver who decided not to look at the house at all and thought it'd be easier to just say I'm a business and not deliver my package. I needed that today. There's no way to contact a human, there's no way to contact the driver, there's no information on the driver so I can't even file a complaint against them. Nothing. No recourse. Freaking ridiculous. We used to be able to talk to humans and get things like this sorted in a matter of minutes, but now it's total crap and nothing is getting resolved.

  We use this center for receipt of live animals (reptiles) shipped to us for our business. They are quick and friendly when we go in and more speaking to FedEx Live Animal delivery than just the local center the animals have been in perfect health. We love using this service.

  Marked my address (erroneous) as incorrect and refused to deliver for almost a week. Didn’t notify me the reason it wasn’t being delivered - I had to call to get any information as online it said it was on its way. Made me pick up my package. Wouldn’t go back to my (correct) address. I don’t understand what sort of person refuses to deliver a package, especially a time sensitive one (like mine) and just marks the address as incorrect.

  They were so helpful. I hate their phone customer service but in person the people are fantastic to work with.
