  Why would you offer a Dropbox option if, according to your employee, you can't access it 99 percent of the time? Anyone thinking of using Dropbox as an alternative, don't. It doesn't work, and the employees won't help you. Bryan was amazing and helped me in my second attempt.

  Dillan is possibly the least pleasant person I've ever met. He made faces and uncomfortable remarks about my amazon return items and was all together rude. I will never go back here. I am warning other women to go to the other Fedex thats just a few minutes away

  Dallin was extremely kind and helpful. I went into this FedEx location needing to send a return and came across a few problems, which is always a little frustrating. Although I ultimately wasn’t able to send out my return, I was so impressed with Dallin’s willingness to help me. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to solve my problem and I appreciated his efforts. We need more people like Dallin in this world! Thank you Dallin at FedEx!
