  I’m a business owner in Ogden and I use this store as my go to store for all my business needs. I have them make me marketing materials, print bookmarks, cardboard cutouts and all printed material for any event I host. I host 3-4 events a month so I appreciate the store so much. They are easy to work with. Shout out to Tyler and Tasha for assisting me with all my print needs.

  ZERO ⭐️ RAINY was the UPS associate at the counter… wow!! Control your grunting and groaning!!! Some people don’t maneuver as quickly as others. You are there the serve the public, if you don’t like your job do something different!!! A smile on occasion goes a long way. I have come into this store before and their Customer service sucks!!! but today took the cake!!!

  Rainey and the Manager with blue hair are knowledgeable, unhelpful, and dishonest. I needed a package delivered by a certain date and bought appropriate postage. Rainey assured me when it was dropped off that it would arrive by the date it was needed. Instead of shipping it this location held the package for 24 hours and caused it to be late. When I went to inquire what happened, the manager with blue hair stepped it to clarify that UPS staff have zero responsibility to know when packages will ship or be delivered.
