- JMJust Being MeJun 2, 20261.0ZERO ⭐️ RAINY was the UPS associate at the counter… wow!! Control your grunting and groaning!!! Some people don’t maneuver as quickly as others. You are there the serve the public, if you don’t like your job do something different!!! A smile on occasion goes a long way. I have come into this store before and their Customer service sucks!!! but today took the cake!!!
- JUJosh UtahMay 8, 20261.0Rainey and the Manager with blue hair are knowledgeable, unhelpful, and dishonest. I needed a package delivered by a certain date and bought appropriate postage. Rainey assured me when it was dropped off that it would arrive by the date it was needed. Instead of shipping it this location held the package for 24 hours and caused it to be late. When I went to inquire what happened, the manager with blue hair stepped it to clarify that UPS staff have zero responsibility to know when packages will ship or be delivered.
