  I utilize this UPS location frequently, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. The associate working today (Caucasian female, long dark hair, ear and eyebrow piercings) had a severely unprofessional attitude and clearly lacks the temperament to work in customer service. I have no doubt her colleagues know exactly who and what I am referring to. Store management needs to address her behavior before it drives more loyal customers to your competitors

  I was so excited to get my copies of The Declaration of Independence. I left the copies at the store as the manger said she would cut them to size for me. When I got them, the ones I was shown looked ok. However, when I got them home, I found ALL of the script copies had the tops of the letter cut off and had edges that were uneven and some were jagged as well . The copies in ‘print’ (for the ease of the children reading it) were uneven also. I was forced to get my old scrap booking scissors out to create a jagged edge to camouflage what I was given from the MANAGER!!! I was forced to take them because I took my own 200 sheets of parchment paper and didn’t have the time or money to go through this process again. It appeared that too many sheets were put in at the same time and the care that I was expecting wasn’t offered.

  Called in letting them know I’d be there minutes before closing and to make sure I’d still be able to drop my package off. I arrived at 6:58 and saw two employees inside with all of the gates up inside. Frustrating when I already gave them a heads up that I would be coming in last minute and they closed up shop early..
