We go to subway throughout the western states this has got to be the worst one because of the amount of meat they put on the steak sandwiches. This isn’t a one time oversight it has happened multiple times. The one we got today didn’t have a teaspoon of steak, honestly it looked like a joke. We have tried to avoid this Subway but it’s close to our house so we stopped by as we were in a hurry but it’s definitely the last time. Too bad corporate doesn’t have better quality control than this.

I stopped by this Subway in South Ogden for a quick lunch and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, the dining area was well kept, and the smell of freshly baked bread hit me as soon as I walked through the door. The sandwich station looked organized and stocked, and the vegetables appeared crisp and fresh. It's the kind of place where you can tell the employees are paying attention to the details.
What I enjoy about this location is that the staff never made me feel rushed while I was deciding what I wanted. They were friendly, patient, and built my sandwich exactly the way I asked. By the time I sat down, the bread was still warm, the toppings were fresh, and everything tasted like it had just been prepared. For a fast meal, it's hard to ask for much more than that. If you're looking for a reliable lunch stop in South Ogden, this Subway is worth keeping in mind.
always good service here so what im about to say has nothinggg to do with the workers cause i know they dont have the energy to do this, but there was a ROCK in my sandwich?? first bite too my appetite is gone dawggg💔

There was probably 18 guys who walked in before me and they had no idea what they wanted and the stuff especially the two women who were working the front handled it so unbelievable well! I have never see such great customer service in my life! Great job guys!!
Horrible subway, ordered a sandwich and footlong cookie there last night, when my husband brought the order home found that they had substituted the footlong cookie without asking if that was ok. Called and complained that night, they said they didn’t have it, so I wanted a refund for the item I paid for but didn't get, they said they couldn't do that but to call the next day and talk to a manager. I did that and was told I could have more of an item I didn't want, but they wouldn't give me a refund for the item I didn’t get, I asked if they could do a gift card for the amount I paid for the footlong cookie and he was rude and said no at first and when I persisted said to call back in an hour and he would talk to someone else. There is no way for me to know they no longer sell the footlong cookie when its listed on the app for that specific restaurant, so think its very inappropriate that I paid for something I didn't receive and they don't want to do anything about it but give me something I don't want for it as a substitute.
