  Terrible place! I ordered a BLT, very basic sandwich. she used the wrong bread, didn’t cook the bacon tell I told her too? And then she proceeded to tell me cheese wasn’t included and I’d be charged extra for cheese…

  I stopped in there this morning and had a breakfast sandwich. Best sandwich ever and I’ve ate a lot of them in 4,000,000 miles of trucking. The young lady must’ve been a manager or something because she was super friendly and acted like she cared.Stopped in for breakfast today between five and 530 or one of their breakfast subs told her what I wanted she got out the bread, opened it up and started preparing it and then told me that the oven was not available for an hour to an hour and a half when I asked her why she said this is their slowest time and that’s when they clean it 5:30 in the morning I don’t think so. That’s kind of breakfast time at a truck stop anyways she threw everything in the garbage and I left pleasant young lady just not too bright.

  I went to this Subway specifically to use a 30% off app coupon. I ordered a Fresh Fit steak footlong, which is advertised as having 50% more protein. The meat was clearly pre-portioned, and only two portions were added. When I asked about the “50% more,” I was told it comes with “two and a couple extra pieces,” which is not what’s advertised and definitely not a 50% increase. At checkout, I was told they do not accept Subway app coupons because this location is owned by Pilot. The only notice of this is a tiny sign at the very end of the counter, in what looks like 14pt font—easy to miss until after you’ve already ordered. That feels intentionally deceptive. If you’re not honoring corporate promotions, that should be clearly posted at the entrance, not hidden at the register. Between the misleading “extra protein” claim and refusing advertised app discounts, this location does not seem to follow Subway’s standard advertising or customer expectations. I understand franchises have some flexibility, but this goes beyond that. I won’t be returning.

  For a 10$ six inch sub you would think the bread would be fresh at Noon. Hard as a rock. To bad I was back to work before I noticed.
