  they are constantly on almost every package putting in that I ASKED for delievery exception delays. It is a awful way to order in products for my business and if i could request a fedex ban from my distrubtors i would.

  A package was originally scheduled for delivery on Sunday, but the delivery never occurred. I subsequently contacted FedEx Customer Service, and a ticket was opened specifically to ensure that the package would be delivered on Tuesday. At 5:53 PM on Tuesday, I received an email stating that delivery could not be attempted because of a “security issue.” This is absolutely incorrect.There is no security gate at our property, there is no security guard, and there was nothing preventing a FedEx driver from accessing our home. In addition, I have been home all day with flooring installers, so there were multiple people present to receive the shipment. I then contacted FedEx Customer Service again that evening in an attempt to determine what happened. Unfortunately, the representative was extremely difficult to understand and was unable to provide a meaningful explanation or resolution. At this point, this experience has become completely unacceptable. The package has now missed its promised delivery multiple times, despite my proactively contacting FedEx and having a service ticket opened. Even more concerning is that FedEx has now documented a “security issue” as the reason for the failed delivery when no such issue existed. Ironically, UPS successfully delivered two packages to my home today.

  LIVID. The AC went out at this location recently. Corporate is forcing the workers of this location to work with no air conditioning IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. It's routinely 90°+ F inside the building. One of the employees said the part to fix it is on backorder for 70-80 DAYS. FedEx is a multi-billion dollar company but won't shell out enough funds to just replace the whole unit to ensure their employees are comforable. Instead, the AC will likely be fixed by the time summer is over. Absolute disgusting amounts of corporate greed. DO BETTER, FEDEX
