  LIVID. The AC went out at this location recently. Corporate is forcing the workers of this location to work with no air conditioning IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. It's routinely 90°+ F inside the building. One of the employees said the part to fix it is on backorder for 70-80 DAYS. FedEx is a multi-billion dollar company but won't shell out enough funds to just replace the whole unit to ensure their employees are comforable. Instead, the AC will likely be fixed by the time summer is over. Absolute disgusting amounts of corporate greed. DO BETTER, FEDEX

  Fedex has to be the worst carrier in use. They'll pass by your property, snap a photo of your garage, and then claim they tried to deliver. Unreal.

  I was able to enter the facility and get immediate help. The customer representative was very pleasant to work with and I was in and out within minutes.
