  Older staff who work here are exceedingly rude and deliberately unhelpful, seems they can't be bothered to work. No idea how they haven't been fired.

  The lady that helped us was very rude & didn't really know what to do.. Maybe she never did something that we needed done idk but her attitude sucked & that was my first time in there ! She wrote out a receipt sayn that was the best she could do !

  Came here to say the old lady that works here is Hella Rude! Yes. THAT same lady almost every other review has mentioned. Crazy how it goes back quite awhile and several people all the same thing about this ONE employee. In my opinion they should've retired from customer service long....long...ago. If I could give a 0 I would.

  I came in to the store rushing for work. It was pretty frustrating that I have to email a paper I need printed and it takes about 15 minutes to receive the email code back. The lady tried to help but the process needs streamlining.

  Staff was kind. Service was quick. I shipped an expensive helmet for a cosplay, paid for the fragile shipping, and it arrived damaged. Customer support was helpful.
