  Of the several Fedex Offices in Utah I visit, the Ogden Harrison location is by far the friendliest, quickest to get prints done, and have always been so helpful! I will drive in the opposite direction just to go to this one and avoid a few of the others that are not good.

  They have tried to "deliver" my package three times. First time I guess we didn't hear a knock but after that they put a paper on your door that says sign this to release your package. So I signed it. I also got a phone call from a very rude lady that said this package is to heavy to keep moving on and off this truck so sign that paper I said I would and she said k bye and hung up. Signed the paper no delivery the next day and they tell me the driver knocked and no one answered again which is wrong because we were home and out and playing in the yard right outside the apartment all day. So I call customer service and she tells me oh well the driver felt it was an unsafe location to leave it so he didn't drop it off and then told me it would be delivered Sunday. I check my routing all day long says nothing then all of a sudden says they tried again and nothing when im right by the door. So how did you knock when im by the door and I didn't hear? What's the point of any of that i can say i knocked on someone's door to even though I never did the first lady even said it was to heavy to keep moving so wouldn't surprise me. This is 3 days of this they said tomorrow by 8 am so at 7 am I'll go stand outside until the driver shows up. Apparently you have to be home and outside your door 24/7 for FedEx to deliver to you. No wonder they are the most hated delivery service. Update: its now 9:30 still no package. Called them and they dont even know where my package is. Im waiting on a call while they look for it. So 3 days of dodging me 3 days of calling and asking where my stuff is and they lost my entire package. How do you lose a futon couch? This is ridiculous. Last Update. I finally got them to let me drive all the way to there warehouse and pick it up myself. I will say the lady who gave me the package was the only nice person I dealt with the entire time.

  The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you feel as though you're receiving exactly what you need. Excellent service. They took great care of my package and made a great recommendations for how to protect my item in shipping. I leave good reviews places. I leave bad reviews places. I'm happy to give this location five stars.
