  I reserved rooms at this hotel because it said they had elevators and my dad is disabled. Got there and the elevator was broke. I put my dogs food and my coconut milk in the fridge and in the morning they were warm so I threw my dog's food away. Super loud at night due to traffic.

  Over the years I have stayed at several places in Ogden when traveling through. I have found this to be the best option available. It’s not a five star luxury resort, it’s a nice clean quiet place that I’m comfortable in when I’m on a road trip. I consistently find the front desk personnel very pleasant and helpful, the guy who runs the breakfast service is very nice and keeps it spotlessly clean.And the grounds are so pleasant and relaxing, it really makes a difference when I’ve been driving a lot of miles to be able to unwind in such a nice setting.

  Wow I can’t begin to say how nice this Best Western is. From the extremely nice attendant who took our call to book the reservation to the moment we left for our trip home was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The whole area was beautiful. I especially loved the garden. The pet area was the best I’ve ever seen with a nice big area AND a separate big dog, small dog separated area. Thank you SO much for a great experience. We look forward to staying here again!

  This place is disgusting. I’ve stayed here for years for work, was an awesome place. Think there trying to save money on maid service and the rooms and property are disgusting. Plumbing is terrible, the ac-heating units are disgusting. Guaranteed hair in the showers and the bedding is not fresh. I hate to say it I stay here all the time. I can’t take it anymore, there are better options in Ogden and just down the road in Layton. The lady’s at the front desk are awsome, the only good thing.

  Let me tell you the service that I received today Just goes above and beyond the amazing service that I normally receive, when I stay at a best western the young lady at the front desk today dealt with so many different type of people. And attitude because of the hotel losing power, and yet at the end of the day, she made sure that everybody was taking care of even me highly recommended. I stayed in room 168 Next to Where the pool was And let me tell you that young lady made my stay better. Even though there wasn't power for the first half of my stay 5 🌟 service
