  Came in to the store looking for options on a part. The competitor down the street gave me no options and took no time in explaining anything. Walked in and Josh took the time to show me my options and explain the intricacies of what I needed. I paid the same exact price as the previous location, but I walked out with knowledge that I didn’t have before. I will do business with these guys any day of the week. Thank you for your honesty and for making a lifelong customer.

  Carl! That’s all I can say is CARL! He is top notch. He’s sooooo helpful, kind and caring. You don’t find people like him anymore. He was so awesome even though he had to work on Father’s Day! We will be back if Carl is there! Thanks again for all your help! From Kassie

  These people were wonderful from start to finish. I came in needing help with a tire puncture and they went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of quickly. They helped me find exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and were genuinely kind and professional throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to help me out in a pinch. Highly recommend this Advanced Auto Parts location!

  Josh and Gordon are the best they took time to figure out what part I needed in a pinch and are just all around good human beings. These guys deserve a raise!
