I walked in 10 minutes before close, and I felt bad but I got off a long shift and was just looking for something to eat that day. As soon as I walked in the person mopping shook their hands and said no. I said what do you mean no? And they said were out of some stuff. I hadn’t even walked more then a few steps past the door. It was the most uncomfortable and awkward situation I’ve ever been in. The employee was heavier set, but other than that I don’t feel like going back again.

I swear this subway is the best. Every time I have been in they’re so nice and welcoming, not to mention the food is always so good and fresh.

Workers need to learn how their app works. Used coupon in app to use at the store and their system failed to recognize the coupon. Then they said that it's not a supported coupon in store even though it allows for in store redemption. Needs more store training
