    Went on Sunday at 8:00 pm. Only one worker with tattoos and a curly mustache. Watched him chat a group of his friends up for about 10 minutes while they took forever to each pay individually for their meals. Meanwhile 6 people are in line and waiting to order. Dude just decided it was a good time to chat with his friends. Me and another person walked out after he went in the back to let someone in the bathroom. What a joke. I get that he may be the only worker, but that’s no excuse to let people sit in line waiting while you have a conversation.

    Mason was incredibly kind to us, very friendly and made the whole experience so nice! He deserves to be paid more than whatever he's making. Also food is pretty good 👍

    Terrible! 5 times I've placed my order online and asked for oil and vinegar but never got it. And 2 times I asked for mayo and mustard and didn't get that, so dry sandwiches are my thing i guess. Plus on Easter i put an order in via the subway app and waited 30 minutes to pick it up and when I showed up they're were 2 women they're just chatting, no customers in the store and then I had to wait another almost 10 minutes because they hadn't even started my order!!! And if you try and contact subway corporate it's just a big screw you. You can't speak to anyone and if your message is more than a tweet they just blow you off and put you back through the never ending no customer service loop. It's no wonder this business is going to fail. So crazy that 5 times ordered and every time it was wrong... are you guys out of olive oil and vinegar for weeks or something? Out of mayo and mustard? Why do I even bother to place an online order and prepay for the item if its not going to even be started until after I arrived
