They would not let me get extra olives even when I offered to pay extra. It was dirty in there and they had attitude
I went in to get Three sandwiches and two of them in meals, but the employees had Charged me for three meals instead. It would have been such a big deal if she hadn't pinned it being my fault for the wrong charge. Putting it in a way like I had put it in the register and rang it up myself. I got my refund but, this was so rude and disrespectful. It sucks cause I love subway, but I will not be going back to this location because of the staff. I work in the fast food industry and I understand the Difficulty, but never have I talked to anyone in this way. So no thank you.
Thomas is a delight, give him a raise and put him in charge.

I had the worst service I have ever received at any subway ever at this location. I came in on a Wednesday evening, and I was the only customer. They were out of so much of the bread and the lady who took my order was very rude. When I asked for extra olives she literally served me 4 slices of olives. I asked her for more and she shook her head no. She said I was only allowed to have a specific number of toppings, which I had never heard from any other worker at any subway before (including at that location previously). I told her I had never heard of that before and that it must be a new policy, and she smirked and told me it wasn’t. Since I still had two more toppings I asked again for more olives and she gave me 4 more slivers (and the bucket was full). I was very polite and not disrespectful at all but I wish I would have just walked out.

I ordered one of the cheapo sandwiches, said it was ham, bologna, salami, and capicola (all turkey based). There was definitely no ham, and all the meat was the exact same - all bologna.
Would be 1 star but the food was still ok and the price was good, but why the false advertising?
