  I love the friendly service at Gills Point S and the competitive pricing! Jessica the store manager was extremely helpful from beginning to end! I found my new auto shop don't need to shop around any more! Highly recommend.

  Highly disappointed with my last time there, which typically means based on my experience with shops, that more customer service issues are inevitable. Essentially, I don't think the shop correctly applied a pressure test on the cooling system on my car after replacing parts - because it failed pretty quickly on a standard drive. Along with strange excuses and not so great communication, made it all uneasy. Good to know that I can go to any other Point S to deal with future tire rotation/balances and other warranty repairs. Their team was relatively nice, but still not enough for me to go back.

  Jessica Larsen, the store manager, was extremely helpful. She let me buy my front struts online, and charged me a reasonable installation labor fee. Then when the alignment was still off a bit a day later, I brought it back in and she put a new inner and outer tie rod on one side to fix the alignment and didn't charge me. Very fair and will recommend them! They also changed my winter tires for summer tires at reasonable cost.
