First off ,Anna you are amazing!.
I had a pretty specific (and honestly a little picky) order, and she handled it with so much patience and kindness. Not once did she make me feel rushed or like I was being difficult.
She stayed positive the entire time, paid attention to every detail, and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, she kept a genuine smile the whole time, which really stood out.
Great customer service like that is rare—Anna truly made the experience.

Ordered online on 3/1/26, they got all three sandwiches wrong and one of the employees kept yelling at the other customers. I used to go here all the time but the quality has gone down hill pretty bad in the last few years.
