  Less than 5 minutes in room I seen something crawl by the door, so I got my handy 1000lumen flashlight and did some investigating. I found a dead roach under the bed, then found the huge live roach in the bathroom. I stomped on it (pop) and called front desk. He said they don't usually get those (remember the dead one i found) i asked if I should just clean it up or what? He says yeah go ahead and was then very quiet. There was no let me switch rooms, or that he will (get his butt off his damn phone) come clean it up. I requested a call from management in morning, as I am NOT paying to sleep with wood cockroaches. I suggest you don't leave anything on the floor, also the floor is not very clean either, the white washcloth I used to wipe the floor spilled the secret, It's dirty! If I didn't get here until 11:30pm and have to be up early, I would absolutely go stay somewhere else and put a stop payment on my credit card immediately. If you wanna see pictures, just peek below... also tell the lazy front desk guy to get off his damn phone and grow some customer service skills. This is the worst experience I have had at a Best Western Plus, and I stay at them often.

  I liked the location of this hotel as it's in the center of Moab. You can walk very easily to the stores and restaurants. The red rock views are unreal in Moab. The breakfast had a variety of options and was great, as I always look for complimentary breakfast in a hotel. Also had complimentary water and coffee 24/7. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Only minor issues were the treadmill which I could not start because the start button was broken and some of the drinks in the vending machine near the pool & fitness center were out, but that didn't affect my stay majorly. I'd stay again. Loved this region

  Chambre très confortable avec grande télé, cafetière à capsules, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lit très confortable et bonne douche. Wifi excellent. Enregistrement à 14h possible sans soucis ce qui a été apprécié. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec scrambled eggs, saucisses, hash browns, yaourt... Clim efficace et heureusement vu la canicule !
