  Why would you say that you are open when you are closed it is showing open online it messed up my entire schedule

  Really terrible customer service. We needed to ship breast milk through Milk Stork which provides a prepaid FedEx label. Calie was extremely rude to us and made us open up the package to prove that there wasn’t dry ice even though we confirmed there wasn’t and offered to show her the information on the website. She then told us it would sit on the shelf all day since they wouldn’t pick up until tomorrow. Not her fault about the pickup time but was very rude about it.

  Just tried to return boxes 4/29/26. The woman was not helpful and unkind and worked to find reasons to not help me. Made no effort. I didn’t have a receipt and the manager said they could help me figure it out. She didn’t want to help and that was clear. Find another FedEx to go to. They suck!

  I went in to have my resume printed up. Calie helped me and Dallin assisted as well. Calie was super helpful, she walked me through emailing my resume over and getting my personal pin for the printer. She walked me through different types of resume paper and Dallin (who is in training) helped check out my purchase. Not only were they both super helpful but Calie was the ultimate hype woman and wishing me luck as I was leaving from the store to my interview. My purchase wasn't much and it wasn't complicated but they both made me feel important and also feel seen.
