  Omg…we came here because it had a better rating than other stores but they kept providing incorrect information, did not answer our clarifying questions and we spent over an hour here… Also did not clearly explain or show us the plan before we signed anything and kept taking my husband’s phone and was sending chats on his previous provider’s app? Which was not needed. Very confusing experience…and we do not recommend this place.

  Had their service since highschool.. and they grown and still the same.. just hoping they stay in the u.s... with the u.s.a.. really.. not going to Brazil.. even though I love that place.. that I would like to go see in this life time hopefully as well.. lol

  Very satisfied with the customer service I received, I forgot to get the woman's name who helped me, but she exceeded my expectations. Overall I am very satisfied with this experience, and I would definitely recommend this location.
