    The food tasted and looked good. Only issue is I normally get tomatoes on my sub, but I didn't because they looked old and inedible. Tables and floors need extreme attention. Tables has crumbs and food left on them. I had to wipe my own table down to eat. Staff wasn't very attentive to the store. When they finished helping someone they would.go hide in the back.of the store. There was a pick up order that was waiting to be picked up and there was a customer who was waiting for the staff but the staff couldn't be bothered. The guy ended up walking behind the counter and picked up the order. Don't know if it was his though. When I told the staff about, they acted like they didn't care and couldn't be bothered by it. That order could have been someone else's. There was another customer who waited almost 10 minutes to be seen.

    My husband’s sandwich was sooooo salty that he was almost gagging trying to eat it. He took only a couple bites and couldn’t finish any more. Also, we paid $2 extra for avocado and there was no avocado. When we used the help option on the app to voice our concerns, the response was merely to say that they’ll let the employees know so they can improve for next time. I really wish they could have refunded the sandwich or given a gift card because it was about a $14 sandwich that we couldn’t eat.

    Absolutely awful subway, I'm surprised its still open. We went through the drive through and waited 10+ minutes while talking to the speaker trying to get our order taken. Once someone started to help us I told them all veggies just no olives, super easy and she repeated it back to me, once I finally got my order I noticed not a single employee had a hair net or a hat on. The second I unwrapped my sandwich olives starting falling out and I found a few hairs in my food as well. I will never buy from that subway again or any subway again.

    Love this place it is very convenient and fresh. The lady Chelsea that worked there was such a delight and very helpful.

    I showed up at 8:45 pm the door says they close at 9 so I went in, no one was there when I got to the counter. Then the employee came out and said we are closed, I said but the sign says you are open till 9. He was very rude and said no we are closed, then walked away. Now if he would have said that they ran out of bread I would understand, but no he was just very rude. I work in the customer service industry also, so I know how it is to deal with customers and this guy seemed like I interrupted his day and why the heck would I have even talked to him. I will probably not be going back to this subway again.
