  If you're actually looking to get help do not go here. The workers here do not know what they're doing I have waited hours for phones and then told right at the end that the phones arent in their system or are way more than I was told it was gonna be. It's not worth wasting your time just go somewhere else

  Claudia was absolutely amazing at helping me find something so quick for my daughter. I had the best customer service with her than I have with anyone else there. Absolutely amazing!!!!

  My husband and I visited the magna cricket store on 4/11/19. There were two women working who didn't seem to know much about their job. Although they were very nice and friendly, they didn't know anything about their job. I have two lines on my plan and wanted to add 1 more which should have been $10 more a month. They tried charging us an additional $55 for the new line. They began by telling us it is 90 dollars for 3 lines & $100 for 4 lines. Which contradicts what they previously had said. So in total it would have been around $90 out the door, not even buying a new phone. I had brought my old phone to connect for my 9yr old son. Very dissatisfied with this store and the way they operate. Maybe they need better training or were just trying to screw us over! We will NEVER AGAIN visit this store! Samantha at w.v. cricket however, was great! She is wonderful at her job and knows how to do her job well! After visiting her, we walked out happy and only spent $45 out the door, which is what we had tried telling the manga employees
