  I stopped by this location today to ship a package, and while the shipping experience was fine, the customer service could use some improvement. I've been coming to this spot for nearly six years for my printing and shipping needs, and I've never had an issue with any of the employees, until today. An employee named Tyra was working, and honestly, her response to customers made us all feel like we were bothering her. I could tell she had a lot on her plate with customers coming in back to back, but she was noticeably groaning every time someone new walked through the door. Her tone and how she interacted with everyone felt really unprofessional. It definitely made me wonder, “Why would I keep bringing my business here if this is how customers are treated?”

  I would NOT recommend this establishments services. I have lost a lot of money due to this service losing my package, they were very unprofessional to work with and blamed the missing package on me. I was told to create an account to resolve this matter and get my package resent or found. It has been 2 weeks and I still have no confirmation. Do not use this as a service! use the USPS!

  The employees here are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The quality is always great with projects completed quickly. I would not print anywhere else!
