  I’ve never had better customer service from any shipping/mail service EVER! The lady who helped me out was knowledgeable about prices, shipping estimations, and even helped me transfer my packages into boxes instead of plastic mailers because it was cheaper. Thank you!

  Ashley has always been wonderful help. I have read many of the comments, why are people complaining about shipping when this place is a revamped kinko's? If you write an actual letter to the company the people that can make change happen will see it. ( letters ✉️ get more attention, I know because I have written a letter, the response was amazing)

  FedEx has been nothing but problems. I work in an industrial complex. Our unit number is always on the order but FedEx continuously delivers out packages to random units. Reaching out to FedEx to resolve the issue was useless. They were no help. Its frustrating having to track down our packages daily because the people that get paid to deliver them cant read an address. I will never send anything through FedEx. UPS never has issues.

  Yesterday one of the delivery drivers stopped at my house. Not to deliver anything instead I guess my flag had blown out of it holder and he gathered it up and rang the doorbell unfortunately my doorbell doesn’t work. Shoutout to this young patriot. Thank you and never change who you are for anyone

  Fantastic!!! I am astounded at the lengths that every member of the team on shift went through to help me with a complex situation that almost looked impossible. Could not recommend them more highly. They thought way outside the box to create the solution I needed and behaved like it was a pleasure
