  Mayson was very quick and kind! I had lots of Amazon returns and he was very patient with me. All the employees were great workers and it was a great environment. Chase greeted me when I came into the store which was also fantastic. Definitely coming back to this location

  Mason helped us out, and he was great. Maybe double check he’s legally old enough to work there but man was it quick and efficient. Give that man a raise

  Very frustrating experience. I dropped off 10 packages here on Wednesday, and none of them were put through the system until Monday, after we physically went back to the store and asked them about it. That means 10 customer orders sat there for nearly five days without being processed, which made it look like I had never shipped them. Even after we went in and got the issue addressed, only 9 of the 10 packages were actually shipped. One is still unaccounted for. As a small business, I rely on a shipping location to actually process packages when I drop them off. Having an entire batch sit for days and then still having one package missing is unacceptable. I won’t be using this location for business shipments again.

  I ordered my wedding invitations here and we were so pleased with every aspect of getting them ordered and prepared. Super kind workers that helped us a lot to pick out the perfect combination of paper type and photo. They printed out beautifully! We’re so happy with our experience here!

  We received incredible service here! We were printing our wedding invitations and there were lots of options for us to choose in terms of material and quality. The store was very clean and everyone was super nice! Would highly recommend choosing this UPS Store!
