  This hotel has wonderful staff, well appointed rooms, clean. Great pool and hot tub. Full breakfast was fantastic. Close to restaurants.

  Stayed here 2 nights with my service animals. Nice rooms was going to stay another night. Went to get breakfast with my 2 service dogs and was rudely approached by a man from the front desk who assumed my dogs weren’t service animals. I made him aware they were service animals. I don’t put my service animals harness on them because legally they don’t have to have them. But doing this another man who was a guest approached my dogs and stated petting them. Ugh 😩

  Amazing all around. So very clean and the service is wonderful. Great place to stay and in a great location. Take a drive down to the river front or drive 5 miles west to the outlet malls. Plan your next vacation and stay at this Beat Western. You will be glad you did

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel will cancel your reservation and then mark it as a no-show and not credit your money back. Worse place ever! All staff and manager are a bunch of liars!

  Nice rooms and location, but the hot tub was cold (heater not working) and the pool was also cold. The main reason we chose this hotel was to go swimming and enjoy the hot tub. When a hot tub is not working, the management should let people know on reservation.
