  I dropped off a package at this location containing a phone that I was returning via USPS. They accepted the package but did not provide me with a drop-off receipt because the shipment was going through USPS. However, I purchased the packing materials from them at the same time, so I do have a receipt showing the exact date and time I was there. Since I dropped off the package, there have been absolutely no tracking updates. I went back to the store, showed them my receipt, and explained the situation. Since the receipt shows the exact date and time, I asked them to review their security cameras and determine what happened to my package. It should have been fairly easy to verify that I dropped it off and see what happened afterward. They took down my information and told me that the owner would review the situation and contact me. Unfortunately, the owner never bothered to get back to me. Now, because the phone was never received, the insurance company has charged me $700 for the device. I find this situation extremely concerning. A valuable package disappeared after I handed it over at this location, there were no tracking updates, and despite my asking them to investigate and review their cameras, I received no follow-up. I don't know exactly what happened to the package, but I believe the business should have taken this matter seriously and investigated it. After this experience, I would never trust this location with another package, especially anything valuable, and I would not do business with them again.

  Sent a package of important documents and were promised it would arrive 26 hours later. After 72 hours, it still has not been delivered. I am afraid the original documents may be lost. It would have been safer and faster to deliver the documents personally. They charged a small fortune and cannot tell me why it has been delayed so long. UPS cannot be trusted for a simple in-state delivery.

  I brought a package by to this location that I was refusing today (I was not home at the time of delivery, the recipient does not live at our address, and the package was unopened). The employees told me that all they do with returned packages at this location is throw them away and they do not return them to sender. I do not know if the employees were lying or just lazy, but either way, I would not recommend using this location.
