  Yesterday I paid to have a package sent next day air from this branch and was mortified this morning to see the package with an undelivered status this morning. I went into the office right when they opened and spoke with Bri. She immediately assisted me by calling the office. While helping me, she continued to assist customers as they came in almost non stop. She was able to get a redelivery scheduled, and I’m happy to say the package has been delivered already. I appreciate the amazing customer support she provided to everyone in the store, not everyone can do something like that. Will absolutely be returning for my shipping needs. THANK YOU.

  I shipped a package with this store the first week of March. I paid extra for them to package it and for an insurance policy. They put one layer of bubble wrap on it and put it in a box. The product obviously didn't make it intact and was totaled. The damage done during shipping caused a total loss on the product and is unrepairable. I have been patiently been working with the store to get a claim paid. It has been over 2 months and the claim is still not paid. It was obviously their fault because they didn't package it properly. The claim was accepted by UPS and I still have not seen a payment. The store manager "sent" the check to the an old PO Box address I had with them. Now the first check was apparently lost. They received the check and screwed it up. The first check had to be canceled and reissued and that was a month ago. The second check has still mysteriously not arrived. I have been to the store several times and spoke with the manager and the assistant manager. Neither one of them can give me an update. I email them weekly and they rarely respond and when they do the tell me the same thing, that there is no update. I am sad that I even had to give them a star. This store is incompetent and this whole process has been so frustrating. Don't use this store if you have something valuable to ship. They don't care about packaging it for you and they certainly don't care about getting your claim paid. Drive past this store and go to Fed Ex. The extra drive will save you months of headache.
