  The boy that made my sandwich just threw everything on the sandwich it looked horrible and the chocolate chip cookies have white stuff on the that looked like mold and the boy was so unhappy and did say hi or smile at all, horrible customer service. Then went back with the other boy to the back watching videos you can hear through out the restaurant.?

  Honestly, I am not sure this even deserves one star. My husband’s sandwich was falling apart and coming out of the wrapping even before we got home. I had to unwrap it and peel soggy paper off of it. My bread didn’t even looked cooked, and normally I will forgive getting a small part of the order wrong but they put the chipotle sauce on mine and I am severely sensitive to spices. My husband ended up with a deconstructed sandwich and I ended up with a mouth full of fire. I hope this issue is a one time thing, but I doubt we will be trying this location again any time soon.

  Bread was hard and missing a chunk out of the corner. Granted your location was closing in the next hour and a half, but if you're out of fresh bread and going to provide the oldest bread from the day, at least give me the option to decline and get my dinner elsewhere. Instead, I assumed the sandwich would be what I expected and was highly disappointed.

  One person working the counter. The other was working the drive-thru. Very slow. I spent nearly a half hour in line with only 2 customers in front of me. The bread was smashed and flat. The bread was not light and fluffy as it normally is. If this is how service and quality is, going forward, I'll skip this location and go a few miles more to get a better experience.
