  The bathrooms looked like they were never cleaned and they were unisex bathrooms which was uncomfortable so they should just get man and woman bathrooms.

  The tall guy with the blonde and brown hair always makes my sandwich perfectly, I ask for a few particular things with my sub and he’s always kind about it while other employees and subway restaurants seem annoyed when I ask for things that add an extra step to the process. This subway is like most other subways, the ingredients do seem fresh but the 5 stars is for him.

  I ordered 5 sandwiches from this location via the app. Only 1 sandwich was correct. I had a sandwich with no meat at all when it was supposed to be one of the ones with extra meat. One sandwich was a Mexicali and they didn't put the avocado on it. One sub that we only got a 6" when I ordered and payed for a foot long. And a sub that the comments on how the sandwich was wanted made was completely disregarded. After getting home we discovered all of the problems with the order. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. When I got back to the store the kid tried to argue with me explaining how they didn't make any mistakes. Eventually they agreed to remake the sandwiches with errors. This is not at all what I expect for having paid almost $50 for the food.

  Subway is a place I eat if there is absolutely nothing else. There are far better options around town. The ingredients are never as fresh as you would want them to be. The good about subway is that it is always clean. The staff is always friendly. My consumer rating C÷
