  These guys are thief. Went in there to upgrade to iPhone and they charged $25 for upgrade fees which I am told includes cost for a new sim card and they charged another $10 for a Sim Card. I dont mind paying the correct cost but been taken advantage off as a long time Cricket customer makes me wanna switch . Please avoid this place

  Very frustrated with this store. I bought a phone and the next day it starts spazzing out every time I open it, calling people, typing numbers without me touching the screen etc. I couldn't even open it to make a call or text because it would do it's own thing... When i bought the phone I bought a liquid glass screen protector as well that was $40. Well, I took the phone back to them today and they replaced it but wouldn't refund or replace the $40 I spent on the screen protector even though i just got the phone. I thought they could at least give me what I paid for.
