I went in today to return some bridesmaid dresses I got from Azazie. I went up to the counter and the women told me “ we don’t return FEDEX here” because that’s how they were originally shipped. Instead of waiting for me to pull up the return label and show here this is where they needed to be dropped off she walked away and started “fixing a printer” I stood there for 5 minutes and she NEVER once came back to help me. I then had to ask the man at the counter if he could help me since she walked away from me and wasn’t trying to help me anymore. I brought up the barcode with Happy Returns and sure enough they did take my package for return. They should be more willing to help customers instead of saying “we don’t take these” and walking away. Poor customer service.
Terrible. Will never use this store again. I had a package shipped here to hold for pickup because it was an expensive item and I was not going to be available to have it shipped directly to my home. When I set up the shipping, I was told by UPS that the “Hold for Pickup” fee would be $5. When I arrived at the location in Kearns, they demanded a $50 fee from me and refused to give me my package until I paid it. Basically, they extorted $50 from me by threatening to send my package back to the sender unless I paid the unanticipated fee. Because the shipping fee was $400, I had no choice but to pay them. They got their money, but it will be the last time I ever use their services.
I recently visited my local The UPS Store and had an excellent experience thanks to Asyah, Natalie, and Sanne. All three of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I walked in.
Asyah made sure I was taken care of right away and kept everything moving smoothly, even though the store was busy. Natalie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly, which I really appreciated. Sanne had a great attitude the entire time and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.
You can tell they work really well as a team—they were organized, quick, and genuinely cared about helping customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore, and it definitely stood out.
I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location because of them. Huge thanks to Asyah, Natalie, and Sanne for going above and beyond.
